J. Magno & Associates, Inc. (JM/A) offers a full array of professional development and consultation services that assist schools, school districts, and institutions of higher education with the supports and resources they need to meet national and state expectations defined by the National Education Goals Panel, Education Reform Laws, and state and federal Special Education mandates.

Professional Development services adhere to the Massachusetts' Professional Licensure Standards for teachers and administrators.  With our off-site and on-site professional development services, schools and school districts are able to offer new and continuing staff training opportunities that could earn professional development points or college credits.

Through a partnership with Salem State College, teachers and administrators are able to earn college credits for individual courses or form a cohort of twenty or more staff to earn a Masters' Degree in a specific area of study.
