Janice Magno, Ed.D., President
|

Dr.
Magno received her Doctorate in Administration and Supervision from Boston
College and a Masters or Arts in Special Education from Fairfield University.
She is currently an Associate Visiting Professor at Salem State College, in
the Graduate School of Education. Dr. Magno has been actively involved
as a school reform coach through the Boston Annenberg Challenge, and has been
conducting professional development training throughout the state, helping teachers
& administrators use the standards or performance as an embedded part of instruction and assessment. |
Louis P. Geoffrion, P.E., Senior
Consultant
 |
Provides
expertise as a Baldrige Examiner and training consultant in schools of higher
education self- assessment practices. Lou has lead many assessment teams
to conduct organizational performance assessments throughout the world.
Lou is a Charter Member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Council
for Quality, (now MassExcellence), and established the Baldridge (MBQNA) in
Education Commitee. |
Jill McQueen
 |
Is a qualified teacher in both regular and special education.
She is an experienced Principal K-8, also facilitator and provider of
Professional Development programs. Jill uses research based teaching
strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including students with
an I.E.P. As a research
fellow and graduate program instructor at the University of Southampton in
the UK, her work focused on methods of insuring access to the regular
curriculum for all students with and without disabilities.
Currently, Jill directs our tutoring services (Tutors Etc.), is
co-writing a research paper, and working on Professional Development
programs. |
Christina Capaneros
 |
Is
a school reform consultant specializing in whole-school improvement and
organization development. Her experience as an Assistant Headmaster at
Dorchester & Boston High Schools included organizing of Curriculum and
Instruction; organizing professional development; preparing and compiling
accreditation reports, and writing grants for materials and workshops. |
Linda Manzo
 |
Is
currently a Literacy Specialist at the M.E. Bradley School in East Boston, MA.
She has been a teacher in the Boston Public School System for 29 years.
She is a member of the National Urban Schools Institute, has participated on
an In Depth Review Evaluation Team for a Boston School, and serves on the
Instructional Leadership Team at the Bradley School. |
Bob Casa
 |
Is
the technical operations director for in-house services. Bob also is the
web master for this and numerous other web sites. |
Kathy Magno
 |
Office Manager & Finance Manager of J. Magno &
Associates, Inc. Kathy manages the Lynnfield office and coordinates
all services and activities of JM/A. |
